iCloud sync isn't working / my data is missing on another Mac. Confirm both Macs are signed into the same Apple ID, that iCloud is enabled for TimeCardRobot (System Settings › your Apple ID › iCloud › Saved to iCloud › TimeCardRobot toggle on), and that both Macs are online. Initial sync can take a few minutes for large libraries.
PDF export is missing fields or looks wrong. Make sure the production has a contract type and payroll company selected on the Show tab. The Cast & Crew and Entertainment Partners templates use different field layouts — TimeCardRobot picks the template that matches your selected payroll company.
Back up your data. For a full backup, choose File › Export Show Library to save every production — with all crew, weeks, and entries — to a single file. Right-click an individual production in the sidebar and choose Export Show if you'd rather back up one show at a time. Stash exports in iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or wherever you keep backups.
Free trial ended too quickly. The 14-day in-app trial starts when you first open the app. If you're seeing the paywall sooner than expected, you may have a previous install on the same Apple ID. Email us with the date of first install and we'll sort it out.
